A fresh new year implies new project . After spending the last weekend reorganizing dusting, decluterring moving things around in the studio, it’s time to start new pieces !

Before revisiting classic fairy tales later in january and february I wanted to go back to a series of 18th century children inspired by the rococo atmosphere of Watteau and other painters from this era which I rediscovered with joy last autumn.
Sketched today New characters which will be started in paper tomorrow on this new fancy deckle-edge sketchbook found at the local book shop.
